Our Program

Durham Fury’s key focus of development is both an organizational and player objective that continues to build, as the next layer of an already historical baseline provided by the solid history of the former Oshawa Legionaires.   The quality of the ultimate product, which is competitive hockey,  has begun to uniquely take form with the guidance of the experienced infrastructure of management and continues with the coaching leadership of former professional hockey players including the NCAA.

The existing relationships with top NCAA schools, forms the basis of creating a key component in providing access of meaningful information to each hockey player as they develop their individual plans. Our dedicated Education Consultant will be the mainstay as the gateway to  program information not only in regards to the U.S schools but in our own backyard of UOIT and Durham College.

Community service will also play a key role for all players in committing themselves to Durham Fury’s mentoring program, to our minor hockey affiliate, in achieving their individual high school volunteer requirements.
